There are several home remedies that help those who have digestion problems. Need more? Take note of the recipe for this infusion suggested by Good Food Baddie. It has ingredients that do wonders for your health.

Ingredients:
3 cups of boiling water
1 teaspoon of dried mint leaves
1 teaspoon of lightly crushed fennel seeds
1 teaspoon of dried lemon balm leaves
½ slice of lemon
1 cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons of honey (optional)
Preparation method:
1- Add the boiling water, fennel seeds, mint and lemon balm leaves to a large saucepan. Then, cover the saucepan, bring to the boil and remove from the heat.
2- Add the remaining ingredients (except the honey). Leave to stand, covered, for five to 10 minutes.
3- Strain and add the honey. Pour the infusion into a glass or mug. Decorate with fresh lemon or orange slices and mint.
