Yoga can have several benefits for the body, such as improving balance. There are some postures that bring more advantages, such as those recommended by a specialized teacher.

1-Tadasana

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. The arms are along the body. Roll your shoulders down and back. Press the various corners of your feet. Hold the posture and take five to 10 breaths.

2- Vrksasana

Transfer the weight to your left leg and lift your right foot. Place the sole of your right foot on your inner left thigh. Raise both arms toward the ceiling.

3- Virabhadrasana III

It's a kind of airplane, but with both arms pointing forward.

4- Utthita Ashwa Sanchalanasana

Take a step forward with one leg. The back is stretched. Raise your two hands towards the ceiling.

5- Uttanasana

Stand and lower your entire torso towards your feet. Find a comfortable position.

6- Utkatasana

Raise your arms towards the ceiling. Float your legs and keep your glutes lower. Hold the position for a few seconds.

7- Ardha Chandrasana

It's a kind of side airplane. Place a support in one of your hands to balance your body.

8- Prasarita Padottanasana

Put your head down and your hands as if you were going to do a handstand. The legs are spread apart to stay comfortable.
