Saviola recalls games with FC Porto and warns Di María: "It's a country..."
Former forward underlines that Pablo Aimar was the best partner he ever had.

Javier Saviola gave an extensive interview to the Spanish portal Relevo this Saturday, in which he recalled the seasons he spent playing for Benfica, between 2009/10 and 2011/12, and praised his compatriot Pablo Aimar.
"At Benfica, with Jorge Jesus, I played with Pablo and Di María again. I really enjoyed those years. FC Porto won almost everything and we broke that, with a team that played football in an incredible way", the former footballer began by saying, continuing to praise Aimar.
"We were very young. I was 16 and I shared the pitch with the best partner I had in my career, Pablo Aimar. That relationship was impressive. I couldn't experience it with any other player. We had fun and lived as if we were playing with our friends and not at the Monumental with 80 thousand people. We looked at each other and we knew what each one was going to do, where we were positioned and where we had to run. Pablo had a lot of incredible aspects", he continued.
And speaking of the emotion in Argentina, Saviola was asked to comment on the information that Di María will return to his home country at the end of the season. The former player advised his compatriot on this matter.
"These are very personal decisions. There are many things at stake. It is a country that has been very insecure lately. We are living difficult times, but it depends on what each one wants. You explain all this and even then they pack their bags and go to Argentina. They want to feel the same way they did when they were little. And others feel that it is not the right time", he concluded.
