"Rashford would be the best in the world if he had the hunger of Bruno Fernandes"

Garth Crooks, a former player who represented clubs such as Manchester United and Tottenham, included Portuguese international Bruno Fernandes in what he considers to have been the ideal eleven of the 33rd round of the Premier League on Tuesday.
The former Sporting player, remember, scored the two goals that allowed the Red Devils to 'rescue' a 2-2 draw at Vitality Stadium, against Bournemouth, demonstrating a strength of spirit that, in the opinion of the now sports commentator for the British television station BBC, should 'infect' the squad.
"Whatever you think of Bruno Fernandes, he gives his heart and soul every time he plays for Manchester United. Bournemouth should and would have won this game but for the unyielding attitude of Fernandes," he began by saying.
"Marcus Rashford would be the best player in the world if he had the hunger and desire of the captain to play the game. I have been a huge admirer of Rashford over the years but he should be doing for United what Kylian Mbappe is currently doing for PSG," he continued.
"I am amazed that either Fernandes or Casemiro have not been able to galvanise or inspire him. Having said that, if you need motivating to wear the shirt of Manchester United then something is seriously wrong," he added.
