Atlético Madrid President guarantees: "Everyone here loves João Félix"

Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo spoke to the media ahead of the Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund, at 8 pm. The director was optimistic about his team's chances and also spoke about the future of João Félix, who is on loan to Barcelona this season.
“Everyone here loves him. He is a magnificent player, we want him to succeed because he deserves it. He will really have no problem staying at Barcelona because he is a magnificent player, one of the best in Europe. The system that existed here was not the best for him. We believe that he is still a great player. He is happy at Barça and I am sure that he will have great afternoons of success there,” Cerezo admitted.
The journalists insisted on the situation and asked about the relationship between João Félix and Diego Simeone, which seems to have soured in recent years. “Many things happen in the world of football... We can even win the Champions League. We want João to succeed,” he assured.
Recently, João Félix praised the character of Enrique Cerezo and even said that the director wants "to see him happy". During this season, the Portuguese has already scored twice against Atletico Madrid.
