Everything you eat has a significant impact on your health. And, of course, while certain foods can have negative effects, others can do wonders for your body. How so? For example, Flora Losilo, a nutritional therapist, quoted in the Mirror, explains that some foods can help (a lot) to relieve the symptoms of seasonal allergies.

First, she mentions ginger, an "antihistamine and anti-inflammatory" food that can provide a lot of relief to allergy sufferers.

She also explains that increasing your intake of vitamin C does "wonders for your immune system". Therefore, she recommends kiwi, berries, broccoli and pineapple.

You can also opt for foods rich in omega-3 which have anti-inflammatory properties. This is the case with salmon, walnuts and flax seeds.
