Paris Saint-Germain sealed their place in the Champions League semi-finals on Tuesday night, visiting and defeating Barcelona 4-1, turning around the defeat recorded in the first leg of the 'quarters', at the Parc des Princes, where they had lost 3-2.

A match that featured a 'crazy' first half, in which the scoreboard at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium moved for the first time after just 12 minutes, the result of an accurate shot by Raphinha, former Sporting and Vitória SC player, after a beautiful individual initiative by Lamine Yamal.

However, the Catalans' party did not last long, since, in the 29th minute, Ronald Araújo saw a straight red card, for bringing down Bradley Barcola when he was isolated on his way to the goal, and, in the 40th, Ousmane Dembélé scored against his former team, to restore equality to the result.

In the second half, the protagonists were... Portuguese. In the 54th minute, Vitinha unleashed a shot 'from the middle of the street', to leave the tie equal. Seven minutes later, João Cancelo committed a penalty on Ousmane Dembélé, which Kylian Mbappé took advantage of to score.

Already on the verge of the final whistle, the French international and ended the doubts, so Paris Saint-Germain will meet, in the next phase of the biggest European club competition, with Borussia Dortmund, who, at the same time, left behind Atlético de Madrid, by an aggregate score of 5-4.

BARCELONA ELEVEN: Ter Stegen, Koundé, Araujo, Cubarsí, Cancelo, Frenkie de Jong, Pedri, Gündogan, Lamine Yamal, Raphinha and Lewandowsk

Preview

The Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium will be the stage, at the beginning of this Tuesday night, for one of the most awaited matches of the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals, which will put face to face the 'colossuses' Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

The team in which the Portuguese internationals João Félix and João Cancelo play, it should be recalled, is ahead in the tie, thanks to the triumph achieved last week, at the Parc des Princes, by 3-2.

However, the goals scored by Ousmane Dembélé and also by the Portuguese Vitinha keep everything open, in a match that will dictate who will join Borussia Dortmund or Atlético de Madrid (who won the first leg, by 2-1), in the next phase.

Barcelona-Paris Saint-Germain will be refereed by English referee Anthony Taylor, and you can follow it live, from 8:00 pm (Continental Portugal time), on Desporto ao Minuto.
