Pochettino responds to criticism: "We accept the noise, we are Chelsea"
Argentine coach believes Blues are "close" to being "a winning club" again

Mauricio Pochettino has played down criticism of Chelsea, who have won 20, drawn 10 and lost 12 of their 42 games this season, in an exclusive interview with Sky Sports.
"We accept the noise because we know we are Chelsea and Chelsea built a reputation of winning. But I think we are close and we need to be optimistic. As a coaching staff we understand what it means to be in a big club like Chelsea," he said.
"We have been there in the past in big clubs and that is why we are implementing the way that we work, to try to improve that. We need to insist on the message and keep it altogether.
"You need to keep optimistic, even with the pessimism around the results that you are not achieving. You need to try to remove the pessimism around the team and move forward," added the Argentinian.
