Journalist Pedro Cruz died this Sunday, April 21st, at the age of 53, after a several-month battle with lung cancer. The news was reported by SIC.
Pedro Cruz started working at the age of 21 and worked for Diário de Notícias, TSF and also worked at SIC, having coordinated the station's editorial staff in Porto for 14 years. He was later deputy director of Information for the same channel, which he left in 2021.
He was currently the director of Global Media Group.
