Mixed trend in European stock markets, awaiting more results
The main European stock markets were mixed today, awaiting the presentation of more business results and the publication of the first estimate of GDP for the first quarter in the United States.

At 08:50 am in Lisbon, the EuroStoxx 600 was down 0.30% to 504.10 points.
The London and Madrid stock exchanges were up 0.48% and 0.14%, respectively, while those in Paris, Frankfurt and Milan fell 0.23%, 0.53% and 0.22%, respectively.
After opening in decline, the Lisbon stock exchange reversed the trend, with the main index, the PSI, rising 0.18% to 6,541.95 points at around 09:00.
Wednesday's session saw widespread losses in Europe, with Madrid down 0.46%, Frankfurt 0.27%, Paris 0.17% and London 0.06%.
The New York Stock Exchange closed in mixed order, with moderate variations and selective investors in their applications, depending on the results of the companies (including Meta, which, despite doubling its profit, fell sharply in after-hours trading), and cautious ahead of the release of relevant indices.
The selective Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.11%, the Nasdaq technology index rose 0.10% and the broad S&P500 ended almost unchanged, with a gain of 0.02%.
The market is now awaiting the results of several technology companies, such as Alphabet, Microsoft and Amazon, while on the macroeconomic front, attention will be focused on the first estimate of US GDP for the first quarter, which, according to experts, should confirm that the economy grew at a good pace.
In Europe, the Gfk index of German consumer confidence will be released, after data on industrial prices in Spain, which moderated their fall in March by three tenths, to 8.2%.
In the commodities market, the price of Brent oil for June delivery opened higher today, trading at $88.35 on the Intercontinental Exchange Futures (ICE) in London, compared to $88.02 on Wednesday.
In the foreign exchange market, the euro opened higher on the Frankfurt foreign exchange market, trading at $1.0725, compared to $1.0691 in the previous session.
