Desde o início de 2020 que Natalie Portman tem aproveitado as redes sociais para revelar o seu gosto pela cozinha com vários vídeos em que aparece a confecionar receitas. 

Desde doces a pratos principais, os dotes da atriz de Hollywood provam ser versáteis e já deixou os milhões de fãs com água na boca com as receitas de couve-flor no forno, cookies de chocolate ou compota, salada de beterraba e alho francês com croutons caseiros.

This roasted cauliflower recipe is so easy but takes time! What are your easiest #plantbased recipes? Recipe: 1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Trim leaves of cauliflower and cut stall so it stands upright 3. Boil head down for 5 minutes  4. Place on baking tray stalk down so it stands  5. Cover with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt  6. Put in over for 1/5 - 2 hours  7. Every half hour, take it out and cover it again with avocado oil  8. Take out when top gets golden brown

Cookies com chocolate ou compota

Happy Purim! To celebrate I made hamantaschen—little cookies with chocolate or jam in the center. I combined two recipes into one and some of them may have half-collapsed but my kids loved them Ingredients: 1. 2.5 cups flour 2. 1/2 cup sugar 3. 1/4 cup orange juice 4. One mashed banana 5. 1 tbsp orange zest 6. 1 tbsp vanilla 7. Pinch of salt 8. 14 tbsp cold coconut butter Instructions: 1. Mix together until completely blended 2. Put the dough in Saran Wrap in the fridge for 2 hours 3. Roll out, cut into circles, add filling (I used strawberry jam and chocolate chips) 4. Pinch sides into triangle shape 5. Bake about 25 minutes at 375

Salada de beterraba

If you’re in need of a recipe, try making this beet and potato salad. It’s one of the easier recipes and if you save the beet cooking liquid, you can use it as natural kid makeup afterwards. Fun fact: On my first movie, Léon, the makeup artist didn’t want to use real makeup on me since I was only 11... so she used beet juice as lipstick and blush! Recipe: 1. Boil 1 cup beets, 1 cup russet potatoes in two separate pans; remove when tender (usually after ~20 minutes). 2. Slice boiled potatoes and beets into cubes and then mix together in a bowl. 3. For dressing, mix together 1 tbsp of whole-grain mustard, 1-3 tbsps of sliced cornichons (gherkin pickles), finely chopped shallots, and a splash of red wine vinegar and olive oil. Mix into a jar and add to beet and potato salad bowl.

Alho francês com croutons caseiros

To show my support, I wanted to share one of my favorite meals with you all: leeks and homemade croutons. Visit @wckitchen or my Stories to learn how you can help those most affected by this pandemic. #recipesforthepeople Recipe: 1. Trim the tops and roots off the leeks and wash well. 2. Add trimmed and washed leeks to a pot of boiling water and add salt. 3. Boil the leeks for 20-30 minutes or until they are very soft. 4. For croutons, cut vegan brioche into cubes, cover with olive oil & put in oven at 350 until brown. 5. For vinaigrette mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, grain mustard, and salt. 6. When the leeks are ready, top with croutons and homemade dressing. If you are able to, please consider supporting organizations doing good work right now.
