Barça robbed in the Clásico against Real Madrid? Piqué's controversial response
Former player of the Catalans left harsh criticism of the referee of the match.

The latest classic between Real Madrid and Barcelona continues to make headlines, especially due to Soto Grado's refereeing. Gerard Piqué was the latest critical voice and even considered that the Catalans were robbed in the match.
"Was Barcelona robbed? The fact that you're asking me already means yes. I think, and I try to be objective, that the penalty is not a penalty, but after it was scored, the VAR did not come into action to review it. Lucas looks for the foot, you see. He's running, he sees that Cubarsí has his foot still and does nothing. Lucas changes his right foot and places it in such a way that it clashes with Cubarsí. It's not a penalty, but after it's scored the VAR can't come into action, because it's not a situation that's clear enough for it to come in," began the former player of the Catalans, in conversation with the youtuber Ibai Llanos.
"I also think it's Yamal's goal. That LaLiga doesn't have goal-line technology, even though Javier [Tebas] says it doesn't work in other leagues... At the very least there should be a camera on the post. You can't see if it's not a goal. I understand that you can't commit yourself," concluded the former Spanish international.
