"We will assume permanently, with a posture of dialogue and with the enormous involvement of all sports agents, so that we can achieve the greatest participation of all in the national sports policy", said the minister, during the celebration gala of the centenary of the Portuguese Skating Federation (FPP).

Held at the Casino Estoril, the event marked Pedro Dias' first official intervention in these functions, after a decade linked to the Portuguese Football Federation, asking for understanding for not addressing "the projection of work in the area of government", because the sports strategy will only be made public in the presentation of the program.

During the FPP centenary gala, the best male and female athletes, coach and young revelation of the year were distinguished in the various disciplines covered by the federation: roller hockey, skateboarding, artistic skating and speed skating.
