The Spanish Public Prosecutor's Office requested, this Tuesday, a sentence of two and a half years in prison for Luis Rubiales, former president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, alleging a crime of sexual abuse and coercion due to the case of the non-consensual kiss to Jenni Hermoso, after the final of the Women's World Cup, held in Sydney, Australia, on August 20th.

According to AS, the Public Prosecutor's Office is also requesting a one-and-a-half-year prison sentence for the crime of coercion for Jorge Vilda, former national coach, Rúben Rivera, former marketing director of the RFEF, and Albert Luque, former director of the men's national team.

The Public Prosecutor's Office will also have made a special request in the sporting context, arguing that a measure be applied to prevent Rubiales from communicating with Jenni Hermoso and from approaching her within a radius of 200 meters for four years.
