Balanced diet
"What you eat will always influence your body weight. Foods that are high in calories and sugars can lead to weight gain. Eat a balanced diet that includes nutrient-rich foods, such as whole grains, vegetables, and fruits."
Exercise
"Exercise keeps your blood flowing, your muscles toned, and your metabolism rate high."
Adequate sleep
"If you don't get enough sleep, you may end up eating more than you need to stay awake."
