Never-ending English siege in sight: Chelsea consider making a move for Rúben Amorim

After Liverpool and West Ham, it was Chelsea's turn to consider making a move for Rúben Amorim, less than 24 hours after the humiliating defeat at the hands of Arsenal. The Blues' board is analysing the future of Mauricio Pochettino and the name of the Sporting coach is at the top of the list of preferences, says the Daily Mail this Wednesday.
The same English publication explains that those responsible for Chelsea have not yet made a decision about the future of the Argentine coach. Even so, Amorim has already been flagged, who is particularly interested in moving to England.
It should be noted that the Sporting coach travelled to London on Monday afternoon, returning to Portugal hours later. The press assures that there were meetings with Liverpool and West Ham, but that they were not successful. Besides, Amorim is now closer to staying at Sporting than leaving at the end of the season.
