At least 19 Palestinians killed in Rafah shelling
At least 19 Palestinians have been killed after the Israeli military shelled the southern Gaza city of Rafah, Palestinian media reported.

The bombing, on Sunday night, also caused a dozen injuries, they added.
One of the attacks hit a house in the east of the city, killing at least four Palestinians, including two children, the Palestinian daily newspaper Philastin reported on the Telegram messaging platform.
Six people died in a house that was hit in a central neighbourhood of the city, while five died in an attack on a house in an area in the south of the city, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
The Israeli army launched an offensive against the Palestinian enclave following attacks by the Islamist Hamas movement on 7 October, which caused 1,200 deaths.
In the war against Hamas, the Palestinian authorities recorded the deaths of more than 34,000 people in the Gaza Strip.
